Pating Tutorial Part 3:
Energy
This tutorial is very
simaliar to the Gauss painting tutorial that will be part 4. The energy is painted for the Eyes, The
Chest, and The Rods in the Guns. Later their will be tutorial for the Glowing
Effect that was added after the model was finished.I undercoat all my models in
Choas Black Spray Paint and use all Citadel Paints. I think the Green that I
used looks really good with the red that was used to paint the chest and heads. You can also use this tutorial for the emblem of the chest use steps 1-3 but not 4.
Citadel Paints you will need:
Incubi Darkness, Kabalite Gren, Sybarite Green, and White Scar.
Step 1: Paint a soild coat of
Incubi Darkness. You want to make sure you get it into all the groves.
Step 2: Add a layer of
Kabalite Green to cover all of the Incubi Darkness. But you do not want to get
it in any groves of the Engery Rods in the Gun.
Step 3: Add a layer of
Sybarite Green and make sure not to get
any in the groves of the Energy Rods of the gun. Try to leave just a little of
the Kabalite Green at the End of the Energy this is for the Chest areas.
Step 4: Mix 1 part Sybarite
Green and 1 part White Scar then paint a layer onto of the Sybarite Green and
make sure not to get any in the groves of the Energy Rods of the gun. You want
to leave some of the Sybarite Green showing this is for the Chest and Energy
rods in the gun.
